Trauma-Informed Innovation Lab Survey

The purpose of this initiative is to assess the needs and opportunities for a collaborative effort that will align and enhance trauma-informed work across Minnesota in ways that are both evidence-based and practice-based.  Thank you for taking the time to be a part of it!

There is a diverse body of work taking place in Minnesota under the umbrella of "trauma-informed." We know this means lots of different things to people, and we're trying to learn about that. The trauma-informed initiative you describe below can be either a formal or informal activity/program within organizations, communities, or with systems that coordinate many organizations.

Your answers to our interview questions are confidential.  Your responses will be grouped with others that we are surveying when we share the results, online and in gatherings.  Your responses will not be identified with your name.

Help us complete a map of trauma-informed work in Minnesota:

This first series of questions is designed to help us catalog all of the varied trauma-informed work that is happening across the state of Minnesota.  Your answers to these questions, which do include some identifying information, will not be linked to your answers to the remaining interview questions.  We will use this information to create an interactive network map of all of the trauma-informed work underway in Minnesota.
